Welcome to Issa Compass, a service provided by Issa Platforms Pte. Ltd. (“Issa Platforms,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Issa Compass mobile application and any related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

- “User” or “you” refers to anyone who accesses or uses the Service.
- “Content” refers to all data, documents, text, images, and other information provided by you or generated by the Service.
- “Visa Application” refers to the process facilitated by the Service to assist users in applying for immigration visas to Thailand.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service.
3. Modifications to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will notify you through the Service or via email. Continued use of the Service following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract to use the Service.

Issa Platforms provides expert guidance but does not offer formal legal or professional advisory services. For formal legal services, users should consult licensed professionals.
6.5. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
- Provide false or misleading information.
- Attempt unauthorized access to others' accounts or the Service.
- Engage in activities that disrupt or interfere with the Service.
7. Payment Terms
7.1. Payment Methods
We accept QR code, credit card, and bank transfers. By using these methods, you represent that you are authorized to do so.
7.2. Fees and Charges
You agree to pay the fees specified during the application process.
7.3. Refunds and Cancellations
If your visa application is ineligible, you will receive a refund minus processing fees. No refund will be given for cancellations after certain stages, or if rejection is due to user-provided false information.
7.4. Payment Disputes
You agree to notify us immediately in the event of a payment dispute and cooperate with us in resolving the matter. We will review the dispute and may require additional information from you.
8. Service Availability and Disclaimers

We strive to maintain the Service's availability but do not guarantee specific response times or outcomes.
8.2. Disclaimers
Issa Platforms assists with visa applications but is not responsible for final approval, which is determined by government authorities. Issa Platforms is not responsible for any delays, rejections, or compliance issues arising from government authorities or your failure to meet deadlines or provide accurate information.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Issa Platforms will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Content Ownership and License
10.1. Your Content
You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant Issa Platforms a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your content to provide the Service.
10.2. Issa Platforms Content
All content provided by Issa Platforms, including text, images, and software, is our property and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute Issa Platforms content without our prior written permission.
11. Termination and Suspension
11.1. Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings in the mobile application or by contacting support@getissa.com.
11.2. Termination by Issa Platforms
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you:
- Violate these Terms.
- Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.
- Attempt to hack or misuse the Service.
- Fail to pay for services rendered.
11.3. Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Any outstanding payments will still be due, and you will not be entitled to a refund for services already provided.
12. Data Protection
We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for European users and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) for California residents. You have the right to access, delete, and request your data in accordance with these laws.
13. Third-Party Links and Referrals
The Service may contain links or referrals to third-party websites or services, including licensed immigration agencies or legal advisors. Issa Platforms does not endorse or assume any responsibility for the content, products, or services offered by third parties. Users access these third-party services at their own risk and should review the terms and policies of any third party before using their services.
14. Jurisdiction and Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
15. Dispute Resolution
Before resorting to legal action, you agree to try to resolve any disputes with us informally by contacting support@getissa.com. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days of receiving your communication.
16. Notices
All notices or other communications required or permitted to be given under these Terms shall be in writing and delivered to Issa Platforms at the following address: 32 Pekin Street #05-01, Singapore (048762).
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by Issa Platforms, constitute the entire agreement between you and Issa Platforms concerning the Service.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
19. Waiver
No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and Issa Platforms’ failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
